Merkaba Temple Private Membership Association

Unified Terms & Conditions + Lumara Membership Agreement

By joining Merkaba Temple, its Private Membership Association (“The Association”), and/or any affiliated platforms, sub-entities, digital communities, or social networks (including Lumara and Merkaba Retreats), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions governing your participation as a private member.

This Agreement forms the entire binding contract between you (“Member”) and the Private Membership Association (“The Association”). Your membership begins the moment you join any Merkaba Temple or Lumara website, portal, or community.

1. Nature & Purpose of the Association

Merkaba Temple operates as a Private Membership Association (PMA). Its purpose is to provide a private, spiritually aligned, sovereignly oriented community where members can:

  • Gather in sacred fellowship

  • Exchange ideas, teachings, wellness practices, and services

  • Receive support in personal, relational, and spiritual development

  • Engage in private retreats, experiences, events, and offerings

  • Conduct private business and spiritual services outside the public domain

All Association activities occur under the protections of:

  • The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR)

  • The U.S. Constitution

  • Applicable State Constitutions

  • Canada’s Charter of Rights and Freedoms

  • Internationally recognized freedoms of belief, expression, assembly, and private association

These protections affirm that the Association and its members operate in the private domain, outside the jurisdiction of public regulatory authorities, except where lawfully required.

2. Freedom of Association & Private Domain Status

By joining, you acknowledge and affirm that:

  • The Association is a private, member-to-member spiritual and educational community.

  • All activities, teachings, interactions, services, and offerings occur within the private domain.

  • All interactions are based on private contract, not public law.

  • The Association is outside the jurisdiction of governmental agencies, regulators, investigators, or enforcement entities concerning internal disputes, health choices, wellness practices, or spiritual activities.

Disputes, complaints, or concerns are resolved internally through the Association’s designated process.

3. Member Rights & Responsibilities

As a member, you affirm your right to:

  • Choose which practitioners, guides, mentors, or leaders you receive counsel from

  • Seek and receive support for spiritual, emotional, physical, or relational well-being

  • Engage fully in your own sovereignty and discernment

  • Select wellness practices, modalities, teachings, and peer support resources that best serve your path

You understand that:

  • All services and offerings within the Association are expressions of spiritual, educational, or personal development support—not public healthcare or regulated therapeutic services.

  • You remain solely responsible for your choices and interpretations.

4. Freedom of Choice in Wellness & Spiritual Practice

You affirm your full freedom to choose:

  • The teachings, guidance, sessions, or experiences that resonate with you

  • The path of healing, integration, or spiritual growth you feel is aligned

  • The pace at which you move through your awakening, development, or embodiment journey

The Association does not impose doctrine or dogma. You retain full sovereignty over your personal path.

5. Purpose & Mission of the Association

The mission of Merkaba Temple and its affiliated communities, including Lumara, is:

  • To cultivate sacred, sovereign, conscious communities

  • To foster spiritual evolution, self-awareness, leadership, and devotion

  • To operate all gatherings, retreats, and interactions privately, respectfully, and with integrity

  • To offer a protected, non-public forum for members to share offerings, wisdom, support, and inspiration

  • To uphold a field of safety, compassion, and clarity for all members

6. Membership Recognition

Any individual who joins Merkaba Temple, Lumara, or an affiliated online community, and agrees to these terms, is recognized as a member — unless previously or subsequently removed by Association leadership for cause.

Membership is open to all individuals regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity, spiritual lineage, or background.

The Association reserves the right to remove any member whose behavior is out of alignment with the values, integrity, or safety of the community.

7. Grounds for Membership Revocation

Membership may be terminated if a member:

  • Engages in abusive, violent, harassing, destructive, or predatory behavior

  • Attempts to disrupt the community or cause harm to members or leadership

  • Violates confidentiality, privacy, or boundaries of the group

  • Acts in bad faith or contrary to the purpose and integrity of the Association

All revocations occur at the discretion of the Association’s Trustees or designated stewards.

8. Jurisdiction, Liability, & Dispute Resolution

By joining the Association, you agree that:

  • All interactions take place in the private domain.

  • You voluntarily transition from the status of a public person to a private member.

  • You waive the right to involve governmental or public regulatory bodies in Association matters unless required by law.

  • You agree not to pursue legal action against other members or facilitators except in cases of clear and present danger, and only with the recommendation of the Association.

All concerns or disputes will be addressed through the Association’s internal resolution process, facilitated by a designated committee or tribunal.

9. Voluntary Agreement & Good Standing

You affirm that:

  • You are joining voluntarily, without coercion.

  • You do not represent any governmental or regulatory entity.

  • You understand that participation in Merkaba Temple and Lumara is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time.

  • You understand that your membership may be revoked if you act out of alignment with the community’s values or create harm.

This document constitutes the entire agreement of your membership.
